If my order isn't what I expected, will there be any difficulty in making a return or exchange?

This is not a problem at all... All unused items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase. Additional shipping charges will be assessed on all exchange transactions. Any item that has been placed in water or shows wear will be considered used. Please fill out the RMA form that you find enclosed with your order, or you can find it at http://www.DiversDiscount.com/rma.asp, and return it with your product so that we may know what you want us to do.

I'm leaving for a trip next week. Will I have to put my gear together myself?

DiversDiscount.com provides the convenience of shipping all orders completely assembled and ready to go. Assembling is performed by instructors, so when an order arrives at your door step, all one needs to do is to provide the water and the time for hours of fun.

"I spoke with you recently having no luck getting help on mask selection from local dive shops. You asked me about my body proportions and what types of problems I've had with other masks. You recommended several options. I decided to go with the same mask (Platina) that the instructor I spoke with uses as he indicated his face was fairly narrow as is mine.
