VERY IMPORTANT! If you request a need by date of less than two weeks from the
day you place your order. We will automatically charge you for the correct
shipping method to get your package to you on time.
Exchanges through the mail are also subject to this
shipping fee. If we are shipping your order out of state, it is not subject to
sales tax (California - 7.50%).
Next day (add an additional $20.00) and 3 day (add an
additional $10.00) shipments by Federal Express are possible. Please call or
email for details.
If you choose UPS Ground, your order will arrive in
14 days or less.
Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico, U.S. Territories,
APO's, and FPO's are charged an additional $10.00 for the entire order.
Shipping Information
All in-stock orders will
be shipped the next business day (excluding holidays & weekends) and are guaranteed to be at your door within 14 days to a US zip code. If you request to receive your order in less than 14 days from now, you will be charged extra for shipping in order to get it it you in time.

Delivery to carrier constitutes delivery to customer.
Shipping charges are not refundable unless the
carrier has failed to meet the delivery commitment outlined in their shipping

when the carrier has failed to meet the delivery commitment and issued credit
to DiversDiscount.com The decision made by a carrier regarding a claim
for refund is final.
Customer must be sure to communicate correct shipping address to DiversDiscount.com All shippers charge a $10.00 fee if an incorrect address has been provided. These
fees will be transferred to the customer, only if the customer provided the incorrect
ship-to address.
Shipping Company will NOT accept special shipping instructions from
Dealer, other than "Ship To" Name and Address.

International
Orders without a U.S. zipcode are subject to an
additional charge of $25 to process additional paperwork (this is waived on
orders of $400 or more).
International orders are shipped by Federal Express
and will be billed at our actual cost.
International shipping freight charges will be
invoiced at actual cost.
International orders can only be shipped to the
billing address for the credit card being used.
Returns
Only unused items may be returned. Additional shipping charges will be
assessed on all exchange transactions. Any item that has been placed in water
or shows wear will be considered used. Please fill out the RMA form that you
find enclosed with your order, or you can find it at www.DiversDiscount.com/RMA.asp, and return it
with your product so that we may know what you want us to do.
